Refund, Return, Cancellation & Shipping Policy Returns & Refunds

  1. Due to health, hygiene, and regulatory considerations, opened, used, or altered medical equipment is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
  2. Unused products in their original, unopened packaging may be eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, subject to prior written authorization from REMARX Medical.
  3. All authorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only, and only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and deemed eligible by REMARX Medical.
  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is approved due to a verified product defect.

Order Cancellations

  1. Orders may be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping or fulfillment process.
  2. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will instead be governed by the return policy stated above.

Shipping Policy

  1. REMARX Medical processes orders within one (1) to three (3) business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
  2. REMARX Medical currently ships products solely within the United States (USA). International orders are not accepted.
  3. Customers will receive tracking information once an order has been shipped.
  4. REMARX Medical is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, supply-chain disruptions, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
  5. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items

Failure to report damage or defects within the specified timeframe may result in ineligibility for replacement or refund.

Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by contacting REMARX Medical with supporting documentation (e.g., photos, order number).

Upon verification, REMARX Medical will, at its sole discretion, arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund.
